How It Works
You're the pilot. Glucose is your altitude.
Keep the plane flying in the green safe zone between 70 and 180 mg/dL. Fly too high and you risk hyperglycemia. Too low and you crash.
Use bolus insulin to bring glucose down after meals. Use basal insulin to stop the slow overnight rise. Time them right or face the consequences.
Respond to crises — a meal spike, an unexpected hypo, a sick day, or a missed dose. Every scenario teaches a survival skill.
