Refund Policy

Monthly Subscriptions

If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase or any renewal, we will refund the most recent monthly charge in full — no questions asked. After the 14-day window, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.

Annual Subscriptions

If you cancel within 14 days of your initial annual purchase, you are eligible for a prorated refund covering the unused portion of the year. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you retain access until the term ends and the subscription will not auto-renew.

Educator (Per-Seat) Subscriptions

The same windows apply: 14 days for monthly, 14 days prorated for annual. Refunds are calculated against the full per-seat amount you paid. Reducing seat quantity mid-term does not generate a refund — the change takes effect at the next billing cycle.

Tips

One-time tips through the tip button are optional, non-recurring payments and are non-refundable except where required by law.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@diabetessimulations.com from the address on file with the subject line "Refund request" and include your Stripe receipt ID. Refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — most issues are resolved faster directly. Filing a chargeback during an active subscription will result in immediate suspension of paid features.

Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect any statutory rights to refund or withdrawal you may have under your local consumer protection laws (including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services where applicable).
